Warranty Return Policy

Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. parts are warranted for 30 days from the invoice date. All warranties are issued by Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. — not the manufacturer — and will be honored directly by us.

If a unit is found defective within 30 days, return it for a free replacement or full refund. Contact us at [email protected] or call 1-800-380-4913 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to any return.

All surplus products sold by Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. are warranted to our customer only under the following terms: products shall be free from material defect under normal use, storage, handling, installation, and other normal conditions for a period of 30 days from the date of sale.

Our Obligation

Our obligation is limited to the replacement or refund, at our choice, of any defective product (or part thereof) free of charge. If we determine that the product cannot be replaced, we will credit your account in an amount equal to the sum you paid.

Claim Requirements

  • Warranty claims must be received before the end of the 30-day warranty period
  • The claimed defective product must be returned within the same 30-day period
  • All returns must include an RMA# (Return Authorization Number)
  • Contact us to obtain your RMA# before shipping any returns

THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT WE DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEPT ACTUAL DAMAGES UP TO, BUT NOT EXCEEDING, THE AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT. Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. is not a distributor sanctioned by the original manufacturer and we are not a party to any manufacturer’s warranty.

Non-Warranty Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a product from Industrial Parts R Us, Inc., you may return the product within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. A 15% restocking administration fee will apply to all non-warranty returns.

Important: No non-warranty returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. You must obtain an RMA# before returning any product.

Please Note

  • Our used surplus inventory may be an older series, style, weathered, or discolored
  • We do not accept returns based on the date manufactured or cosmetic condition of the product or packaging
  • All used items are repackaged in Industrial Parts R Us custom shipping containers
  • Surplus may not come with manuals or accessories normally supplied when buying factory new
  • Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and testing
  • Product must be returned in purchased condition with a valid RMA#
